Following the EE connectivity issues which arose on 10th November, we are pleased to confirm that the reverse command that was deployed to rectify, has had a positive effect on the majority of devices.

That being said, EE accept that there are still a number of SIM’s which haven’t taken the reverse command & are unable to send data in real time. We continue to work closely with them to find a resolve for these devices & will be contacting those customers still effected in due course.
